Guru Premangee
Sound Therapist, Healer
People around the world are currently living in a state of illusion. We have lost touch with nature and are mostly caught up in the rat race of ambition, anxiety and greed. The appearance of disease is the consequence of human actions. To put it precisely, it is like a justice and an opportunity granted by nature to us humans to understand the meaning of life. Nature has its own way of functioning to maintain the necessary balance. While granting its justice or fruits of human actions on the planet, nature causes certain incidents in the world without taking the blame for it.
Disease is said to be the manifestation of past human actions – which could go far back in time. If there are no afflictions or deadly diseases, most people will live life carelessly, without regards for much of anything. That is why I say it is natural for disease to appear. People will obviously start paying attention to themselves and become more humble after being affected by a disease. The bigger the disease, the greater the opportunity for a person to understand themselves, nature, and the bigger purpose of life. Disease is a simple punishment given by nature. Before modern medicine, people followed holistic methods, because they had no other choice. Now most people follow allopathic treatment blindly. It has become mainstream and is very popular. But the treatment by a medical doctor will only remove the manifestation of the symptoms, not the underlying causes, which is why the concerned patient does not bother to become conscious about his or her life and its value. Holistic and spiritual methods on the other hand not only heal the disease, but the patient also becomes more aware about life itself. As a result, the patient can gain wisdom for the rest of his or her life, and become more conscious.
That is not to say that there is no place for allopathy. Indeed, in case of an accident or emergency, it can be life saving, but allopathy does not offer the solution to come out of the cause of a disease. We need to be aware when to use it, then we can use it for good. However, many of us have become dependent on allopathic medicine, and it is time to change our perception, to look from different angles, because each disease gives us an indication what we need to change.
Whenever we go against our body or disrespect it and treat it like an enemy, then disease will appear. We take disease as a curse or punishment, but it is a result of what we do in life, our karma. So instead of taking it negatively, we can learn from it. Disease can teach us to love our body. In fact, disease is the topmost opportunity to realize what life is.
There are three kinds of diseases in human beings – physiological, mental and social. People can be unhealthy even if they are financially rich, and have servants at their disposal. They may be harboring the desire to become big. That is also an illusion that invites misery. All diseases are the result of our actions (karma). There are also three kinds of karma – behavior, speech, and thought. Although behavior and words may be good, many people have bad thoughts. This can result in bad fruits. But if someone has a clean mind and speaks soothing words, then obviously this person has good intentions and thoughts. One becomes centered on creation. This person can easily understand creation and its laws because he or she accepts nature. Only then a human being can become free from disease.
A life without love is also a diseased life. That is why people everywhere are looking for love in their life. Some are seeking it through money, while others are seeking it through name and fame. The human desire to seek comfort, luxury, beauty, and fame are just manifestations of their desire for a healthy life and their longing to merge with love. However, satisfying these desires will only give temporary satisfaction. The true meaning of love is acceptance. There are no conditions, no give-and-take, or any kind of dealmaking in love. Without those, life becomes full of love. The love that we give in return for other love is not love in its true sense. Such love can only be defined as a business or trade.
That is why I see disease as a lesson or wisdom offered by nature to mankind. Nature has its own laws. We need to be reminded of these laws, which is why nature created disease, to push us to improve upon our actions. Whenever nature comes across any problems, it will find a way to resolve the obstacles. Let’s take a look at the coronavirus. Through this pandemic the world gets a chance to rest, mother earth gets a chance to rest. She is called ‘mother’, because she is a living structure, a living being, with feelings, with emotions, and she nourishes us. We, as her children, are behaving without any care for the mother. We need to understand that what she gives us freely on the surface, is for our use, but what she keeps inside, is there to maintain a healthy ecosystem. Instead, we take out everything from the earth, such as fossil fuels and minerals, thereby destroying our planet for our own comfort. Now the whole planet is resting. As a result of what is happening, air pollution has reduced dramatically, and in Asia the meat consumption has reduced by 75%. Even lust has reduced, which has a direct effect on us, because when a person is filled with lust, there is no room for wisdom. We can achieve wisdom in solitude, and now we are given the opportunity!
Because of the pandemic, we are told to keep at least 1,5m distance from each other. All of us have an aura, and energy, and through these we transmit invisible emotions such as anger, hatred and lust. We are hardly aware of this nor do we think about it. Therefor it is good to keep physical distance from each other, and instead get closer to each other socially, with compassion and pure love. We have a false understanding of closeness and constantly transfer the unnecessary things in life. By spending more time in solitude, we can realize more about life and see the value in life. At the same time though we can stay connected, through beautiful initiatives such as forming groups all around the world who are generating and transmitting positive vibrations.
Not to spread the coronavirus unnecessarily, we are told to wash and disinfect our hands. Here the focus is entirely physical. But aside from that, what we really need to do is to clean our thoughts and emotions. We should not keep those inside but clean them daily. Otherwise we become disturbed, negative and even aggressive.
In a similar way, nature created AIDS to counter excessive lust of human beings, and jaundice appeared because people contaminated the source of water. Every person will be afflicted by disease depending upon their karma (actions). However, diseases like jaundice, diarrhea, malaria and the current coronavirus will affect a large number of people at once. These kind of diseases appear due to our collective failure to love and respect nature. Nature created them as a response to make the people aware about their actions, and to remind them of the beauty of nature. In this light, the pandemic is an opportunity, and gives us time to think what brought us to this point. If we only focus on finding the vaccine, we suppress the problem, and another volcano is bound to erupt soon. We have to change our way of thinking and living. Not be afraid of this virus, but to be aware of what it is teaching us.
Though diseases can be treated with medicines, it does not make the patient aware and conscious, and the cure will be a momentary one and the person can be taken ill again. Human beings will have to suffer disease or disaster when they go against the laws of nature. No one is above the laws of nature – not even God. It is only when a person is gravely sick that he or she is compelled to follow strict rules in eating. Health improves when the patient starts taking food and medicines based on certain rules and regulations. This also lends credence to the importance of rules and laws. In the same fashion, the Divine Love Shower Healing and Meditation Center offers spiritual treatment to its patients, while explaining that disease is an opportunity to realize the broader meaning of life. Only when we use our common sense and see everything from a larger perspective can we get a tentative picture of how nature works. Though doctors talk about the manifestations of the symptoms, the root cause of the disease lies in the human mind. That is why human beings should first try to keep their mind pure. If we can genuinely accept everything as the blessings from creation, we can be free from the illusion of disease. We have to understand that we are not supposed to live our lives by being bigger or stronger than others, instead we have to work together, as one. How is that there are enough weapons around the world to fight wars, but not enough resources to protect ourselves and give adequate care during this pandemic? We can help through love, not through fighting, not through feeding the ‘egosystem’, but by respecting the ecosystem. Each and every one of us who becomes conscious, who made a change inside, can change the world, because one person can affect many people. When we change our behavior, we will see a change in the world!

Chaitanyashree
Sound Therapist, Healer, Teacher
Born in the spiritual Himalayas, Chaitanyashree is one of the most influential and effective Sound Healers originating from Nepal. He uses the singing bowl to converge higher spiritual energy, to heal and rejuvenate the body, to open the blockages and retune the chakras with existence.
Chaitanyashree’s knowledge of the singing bowl is not only based on the scientific analysis of sound, but also on a deeper, inner spiritual understanding and realisation of its frequencies and its positive effect on the body, mind and soul.
He regards the sound of the Singing Bowl as Nada Brahma, the primordial sound, the source and the core of all existence. Nada manifests from nothing to something, something to nothing.
When one is tuned, this Sound opens the door to higher consciousness, rendering one’s body energised and recharged with divine energy, which ultimately heals everything.
Chaitanyashree has been in his Spiritual Sadhana and meditation from a very young age. His experience of the sound journey was uplifting, especially the sound of the singing bowl. One of the most beautiful, simple and powerful vehicles to learn to meditate and find deep peace within.
He strictly focuses on the right singing bowl and sound since sound is a form of energy that can have positive as well as negative effects. A bowl that may sound good for one person may not suit another.
To that extent he helps people to find the Singing Bowl that suits them, to match their bodily frequencies and its harmonics, and to resonate with the chakras. To enable everyone to play, Chaitanyashree gives different types of courses, based on his personal experience, techniques and approaches as well as on ancient Vedic understanding of sound and its relation with the human body.
From their first healing session, one can really feel a very powerful and out-of-body experience. Many people are transformed from his healing session. Chaitanyashree uses a wide variety of sets of singing bowls for different kinds of healing and therapy sessions, depending on individual needs.

Kristy Jane
Clinical Psychologist M.Psych (Clin Psych)
Kristy is a Clinical Psychologist with Masters level qualifications. She has conducted research in evolutionary psychology, and has a strong interest in holistic healing modalities that extend beyond the traditional psychology model. Between 2012-2015 she immersed herself in studies in Nepal, focusing on Sound Healing, Tibetan Meditation and Eastern philosophies, spending time in remote Ashrams and Monasteries devoted to teaching meditation, healing and yogic practice. She also wrote a research thesis on traditional healing, which reviewed and provided evidence of the use of a vast range of different techniques and methods used around the world including shamanic and indigenous healing practices.
“A session with me will commence with understanding your reasons for seeking treatment and what it is you wish to learn, heal, explore, understand about yourself. There are layers to treatment; sometimes you may come in for 1 or 2 sessions – or it may be necessary to delve deeper into a processing journey over a number of sessions.”
There is not one specific approach that Kristy will use, as such she will see each client as a unique individual and tailor treatment accordingly. She has a calming, positive and supportive nature that is authentic and non-judgemental. There is no pre-requisite for psychology sessions – you can be a first-time person to treatment, without having had any prior experience of therapy or you could be somebody wishing to re-commence therapy and try a different approach.
“The most important component is the development of rapport that supports a safe, engaging and warm environment to start psychology intervention. I place a high priority on what we call the therapeutic relationship – in all the healing traditions that I’ve researched, this is central to the healing process.”
